Ed Teer
Director of Instruction
Ed bring 18 years of coaching experience to Royal New Kent. He is best known for helping players of all skill levels develop and transfer skills to the course.
Currently in his free time, Ed is volunteering as an Assistant Coast for the Radford Women’s Golf Team.

From 2014-2024, Ed was the Women’s Golf Coach at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Under his direction, the team succeeded in many areas, some include:
- Lowest Season Scoring Average 8 out of 10 years
- Lowest Individual Career Scoring Average: Top 5 & 12 of the Top 20
- Three Team Tournament Championships
- Nine Individual Championships with 5 players
- One CAA Conference Player of the Year & 3 All-CAA Conference Team
- 2015 NCAA Regional Selection – 89th ranked player with 4 individual tournament wins
From 2008-2015, Ed Managed the Golf Academy at Williamsburg National Golf Club in Williamsburg, VA. The Ed Teer Golf Academy had students from all skill and age levels. Focusing on:
- Adult Practice Groups
- Individual Lessons
- Junior Programs for ages 5 and up
- Competitive Junior Training Group
- Club Fitting, Building & Repairs
